----

Name: Impela Sinxuri
Gender: Female
Race: Feyr-Lan
Age: 21
Birthday: tba

Guild: Colonist - pirate sympathy
Sub-Job: unofficial Slum-leader
Abilities/Talents:
-lying/acting: Impela is a wonderful liar and actor at the same time, she can play anything from innocent little girl to mean, arrogant, high-placed woman.
-flexibility: Throw any situation at her you want, she'll adapt to it and work with whatever she's been given. She's stubborn, headstrong and won't give up. But adapting she can, adapting to wait for the right moment to strike.
- Seducing: She's not afraid to use her body for things she needs or wants, and even if she doesn't have the classical slim look, she does have the curved men tend to appreciate, and uses them gladly.

Personality: She's a thief. That nearly says it all, a little stereotype even. She's a secretly bitter woman, she watched her entire family die due to lack of food and the money to buy it. Her morale, given to her by her parents, died along with them and she truly doesn't care what happens to anyone as long as she's got the stuff she wants or needs.
This can be anything, varying from a piece of bread to the jewelry of a wealthy lady or a night with whatever guy she sets her eyes on. And usually she gets what she wants through cheating and of course stealing, not too subtle and not too tender, just an 'I take what I want' kind of attitude. And just that attitude has gotten her to the informal top, she's known well by everyone earning their living in a less-than-honest way, at least in her town. And whenever she leaves for a new one...she gains reputation fast.
She has no problem meeting new people and loves to establish new connections to her benefits. She does trade, buy and sell, but she much rather just takes and sells, it's faster and you get more profit. Favors she loves too, they always come with a price and that price will be decided on by her. Be careful what you ask of her, you may regret it.

Dispite being rather untrustworthy and a bit of a backstabber, the few true friends she has she is close with. There are only about two people that she wouldn't even dream betraying, and unfortunately for her one of them is as honest as can be.

History: Born in a very poor family in one of the smaller floating towns Ameta is known to have Impela was the youngest of eight children in a house that was built to hold perhaps four at best. Her early childhood was hard, there was never enough food, and though everyone tried to care the best they could for the young child, she was just as sick as her mother had started to get after giving birth to her.
Her father wasn't the youngest anymore, and even if he was helped by his two oldest sons and his daughter, he couldn't get enough money to have them see a doctor.
Desperate and fearing for the lives of her newborn sister and her mother, the fourth child, a very beautiful girl, begged the young doctor who's clinic was very nearby to take a look at them. He agreed. But at a price.

She was saved, her mother too was saved and they recovered, but not her father nor her siblings ever wanted to tell her what exactly happened to the sister she owed her life to.
Even if she got better she stayed a rather weak child for quite some time, she couldn't fully recover because of the lack of food and proper house. Her mother was worse though, soon after she got rid of the first illness she caught a second and this time it went downhill fast. She died even before Impela turned one years old.

The years that followed this -for the family- catastrophic event were even tougher. Everyone tried to care for little Impela best, but her sisters were often harassed when they either went for groceries or even stayed home to take care of her. Her brothers often went to work with her father, doing work that wasn't fit for any of them and had them weakening by the day. They struggles on this way for about five more years, in which the little girl went from not understanding anything about their situation at all, to slowly seeing how much her family suffered (not even counting herself), and loving them deeply because of this.
But her view of her father and four brothers as big, strong men, wasn't completely right. Her father was broken by his wife's death so many years ago, and in the harsh winter of that year he fell ill too. And he didn't last for another month. One of her older brothers tried to get medicine from the nearby church, when he couldn't get it he tried to steal it in desperation he was caught and thrown in jail. They refused to free him and he died in his cell, frozen to death.

With only two sisters and three brothers left Impela wanted to help, but she was now considered the treasure of the family and she was still frail, six years old. The next period of time her oldest sister went out to 'work' as well, getting home somewhere halfway the morning, sleeping the whole day to then get out at night again. None of her brothers enjoyed her job it seemed, but Impela didn't get what was going on. Not until she was much older at least.
When she had just turned nine years old, late at night, when she should have been asleep, she couldn't. She had a bad feeling and was staying up, listening to her brother and sister talk. Her other two brothers were out, her sister 'at work', but this night was different from others. They weren't going to bed, until one of the two brothers returned, trembling and coughing, clamping a deep stabwound in his gut. The young girl couldn't see it, but she knew something was wrong and her sharp ears heard her sister's muttering, words she only completely deciphered later on.
Her two brothers had tried to stand up for her sister, who had been in serious trouble. Yet against a nobleman they hadn't stood no chance and the guards hadn't taken much mercy on them. Even if her sister tried to care for the wounded survivor, poison was beyond her abilities and she couldn't save him from dying half a day later.

And so she grew up with her remaining brother and sister taking care of her like parents. Having been the only one being even half-properly taken care of Impela's health had improoved, even if their money had gone down and her brother had started to steal. Her sister disapproved, and because he cared so much for them he left to look for a better job when Impela was 12 going on 13, and not a completely unskilled thief herself anymore. He left with a smile and words of promise, her sister was proud of him, but he never returned.

Now her skills as a thief were developing faster, she had to take care of her only familymember left and since she was in a better state now she dared take the risk. It went well for a good amount of time, they were never fully happy, but they were alive and waiting for her brother to return.
Yet then finally the curse that seemed to have been put on her claimed it's final prize when the young Feyr-Lan of 16 years old now, came home to find nothing but chaos and a note informing her that the owner of the house was found guilty of criminal activities of stealing and robbing so often that she would be executed.
Impela ran like she never had before, just in time to see it happen and watch her sister die for crimes that SHE had committed.

That was the moment, the exact moment she lost all faith in the system she lived in. No-one of her family had deserved to die, if anyone she should have died. Yet they had, and it hadn't been needed. She vanished from the face of the earth, until another two years later.

Having returned at age 18 she seemed to have perfected the art of stealing and robbing, becoming a charismatic young woman that soon rose to a certain top and became very loved and respected in the criminal circles, appearing not only skilled, but cheerful as well. But inside of her there still was a bitter heart, she swore to do anything she could to block the militia and lives of the 'honest' citizens that never turn their eyes to those in need, because she blames them for her family's fate.

Extra:
- Isn't very tall, she couldn't grow properly in early youth because of illnesses and lack of food.
- Still secretely searches for the doctor that took her sister.
- She hates magic, because she can't predict it.
:new: - Very vocal about her hatred of a certain militia Wyvenn: Anubis. Whether this is because ofhis general actions or because of a deep-rooted fear isn't clear.
:new: - Her feelings towards the Militia have grown slightly more nuanced as of late- there are whispers about love being involved.
